Elms Bank College was delighted to take part in a project to help increase the local butterfly population.
Students were responsible for caring for 12 caterpillars and after weeks of dedication and care, they were able to release the butterflies into the local area, supporting local wildlife and helping increase the local butterfly population.
It was a wonderful opportunity for students to learn about life cycles, responsibility and the importance of protecting our natural environment.
